Accepted payment methods
We accept payment by Paypal, credit cards and K'boche Secours gift cards.

There are no service charges for these methods of payment, as the costs involved are already calculated in the price of each item.

 

For K'boche Surprise monthly subscription packages, payment is processed via Paypal, but you don't need a Paypal account to make the payment.

Subscriptions are free of obligation. You can unsubscribe at any time through Paypal, by contacting K'boche Secours by email ( kboche.secours@gmail.com ) or by using the contact form available here : Contact.

Shipment processing times
As all items are handmade (by a single person) after receipt of your order, processing times can vary greatly depending on the items ordered, the size of the order, the volume of orders received in the same period and the availability of the necessary materials.

The majority of orders should be processed within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed.
Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

If the necessary supplies have to be ordered by K'boche Secours before we can prepare your order, delays may extend to 2 weeks.

In all cases, you will be kept informed of the progress of your order and the time required. If this exceeds the expected lead time and you do not wish to wait any longer, a refund may be issued and the order cancelled.

For K'boche Surprise monthly subscription packages, the first shipment is subject to the same processing times as those stipulated above, but for subsequent cycles, items will be shipped within 2 working days of payment.

In-store pick-up
K'boche Secours doesn't have its own premises, but we do offer two drop-in centers in Montreal. They are located in Pointe Saint-Charles (H3K) and Tétreaultville (H1L).

If you opt for "In-store pickup" at checkout, I'll contact you by e-mail once your order is ready, and we'll arrange a time to meet at the Pointe Saint-Charles or Tétreaultville location that suits you best.

Shipping methods and delivery times
If you opt for delivery, the shipping method is determined automatically at checkout based on the items ordered and/or their weight.

The carrier used is Canada Post.

Two shipping methods are available:
Regular mail
Expedited Parcel (up to 4 business days, depending on destination)

Costs
Shipping costs are variable and depend on the items and/or their weight. They will be calculated and displayed when you place your order, before proceeding to payment.

 

For K'boche Surprise monthly subscriptions, there are no shipping charges. The subscription fee has been set to partially cover shipping costs. The balance is paid by K'boche Secours as a gesture of gratitude for subscribing.

Shipping restrictions
We ship to Canada only.
We do not ship internationally.

 

Order tracking
Most orders will be shipped by regular mail and will not include a tracking number. However, depending on the item and/or weight, some orders will be shipped by expedited parcel. For these, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website: Canada Post.

Damaged or lost items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement.
